iOS Developer (Backbase)

We are looking for a Backbase iOS Developer to support the development of mobile applications for international clients from the financial sector. • develop and maintain iOS mobile applications for financial sector clients,
• design and implement new features according to business and technical requirements,
• create high-quality code using Swift,
• develop applications using UIKit and SwiftUI,
• implement solutions based on Combine and async/await,
• work with architectures such as MVVM, VIPER, or Clean Architecture,
• integrate mobile applications with backend systems using REST APIs,
• develop solutions related to application security, including Keychain, Face ID, Touch ID, and user session management,
• prepare and maintain unit and UI tests,
• support application release processes using TestFlight and App Store,
• participate in code reviews and ensure high quality of delivered solutions,
• collaborate with backend developers, analysts, UX Designers, and architects,
• develop mobile solutions based on the Backbase platform.

• you have at least 4 years of experience in iOS application development,
• you have strong knowledge of Swift,
• you have experience with Xcode, SwiftUI, and UIKit,
• you are familiar with Combine and async/await,
• you have experience with MVVM, VIPER, or Clean Architecture patterns,
• you have experience integrating mobile applications with REST APIs,
• you understand secure data storage mechanisms and user session management,
• you have experience with mobile application testing,
• you are familiar with code signing, TestFlight, and application publishing processes,
• you have contributed to the development of at least one production application,
• you communicate fluently in English (minimum B2 level).

Additionally, we value:

• at least 12 months of experience with Backbase Mobile SDK,
• experience with Backbase Mobile Journeys,
• knowledge of Backbase Design System for iOS,
• experience developing banking applications,
• experience using AI tools supporting software development, documentation creation, or improving work efficiency.
