IT Manager

For over 20 years, we have been delivering modern technology solutions for leading financial institutions in Poland and abroad, combining a business-oriented approach with high standards: we hold ISO certifications and work in compliance with DORA, GDPR and industry regulations. Additionally, we use AI not only to increase efficiency, but also to build new competencies and develop modern ways of working.

We are currently expanding rapidly into international markets. As part of our continued growth, we are looking for an IT Manager to join our team delivering projects for international clients.

In this position you will:

  • be responsible for the overall management of the IT team, ensuring employee motivation, skills development and engagement,
  • manage IT projects end-to-end – from concept and analysis, through delivery, to implementation and further development of solutions,
  • act as the main point of contact for international clients, lead project communication, monitor business needs, manage expectations and ensure the delivery of real business value,
  • develop relationships with assigned clients, including identifying new needs, initiatives and revenue growth opportunities within the managed portfolio,
  • support clients in shaping their development strategies and propose solutions addressing organizational and market challenges,
  • support the sales process by preparing offers, solution concepts and estimates,
  • design, audit, and validate developed solutions – select appropriate technologies, assess feasibility and ensure consistency of functional specifications,
  • be responsible for the financial performance of projects and/or the project portfolio,
  • implement and improve best practices in the development process, ensuring delivery quality and team efficiency,
  • manage team development: plan career paths, conduct competency evaluations and recommend promotions and salary increases,
  • participate in recruitment processes and manage team members’ allocations and task assignments.

We are looking for you, if you:

  • have at least 3–5 years of experience in IT in a role such as IT Project Manager, Delivery Manager, Program Manager, Engagement Manager or a similar position,
  • have experience leading end-to-end IT initiatives and projects, including scope, schedule, budget, risks, escalations and stakeholder management,
  • are fluent in English (C1 level) and comfortable conducting meetings, workshops, alignments, status updates and working-level negotiations,
  • have experience working with international clients (including cultural differences, time zones, and formal communication),
  • possess sufficient technical knowledge to discuss solutions with clients (high-level architecture, integrations, security, non-functional requirements) and translate business needs into tasks/scope for the team,
  • are able to lead the early stages of client engagement: discovery meetings, workshops, clarifying the problem and defining scope,
  • have experience in pre-sales activities (in cooperation with Sales), including scope clarification, estimations, risk identification, preparation of materials/concepts and participation in presentations,
  • demonstrate high autonomy, ownership, and consistency in delivering on commitments and closing topics,
  • are willing to travel frequently abroad (for workshops, kick-offs, and early-stage meetings).

Nice to have:

  • experience working on the vendor/service provider side (software house, IT integrator, consulting company),
  • experience in creating or developing a service offering (packaging, one-pagers, value propositions, use cases, case studies) and translating it into client conversations,
  • experience in enterprise and/or regulated projects (e.g., finance, insurance) or complex integration projects.

We offer:

  • Stable employment conditions (B2B or UoP),
  • A project with real complexity and a long-term perspective,
  • The support of a technically strong team and 20 years of experience in the regulated financial sector,
  • A well-developed competency development ecosystem, including guilds, educational projects and internal initiatives,
  • Real impact on the development of teams, projects, and client relationships,
  • A non-corporate atmosphere,
  • Private medical care,
  • Multisport card,
  • Life insurance,
  • Flexible working hours and the possibility of remote work,
  • An attractive office location if you prefer on-site or hybrid work,
  • A paid Employee Referral Program.
