IT Manager

Due to the company’s continuous growth, we are looking for new talents to support our flexible IT team in cooperation with our clients. We are a fast-growing Polish software house delivering dedicated solutions for clients across various industries. Currently, we are looking for an IT Manager who will support us in planning, coordinating and delivering implementation and development projects in cloud environments.

• manage IT projects – from requirements analysis to solution implementation on the client’s side,
• plan schedules, monitor work progress, and ensure project delivery in line with budget, scope and quality requirements,
• coordinate the activities of project teams and collaborate with analysts, developers and testers,
• maintain regular communication with clients and stakeholders, reporting on project status, risks and dependencies,
• support the continuous improvement of methodologies and tools within the project team,
• be responsible for the financial performance of projects / project portfolios,
• prepare presentations, reports and project documentation in accordance with applicable standards,
• oversee the overall management of the IT team, ensuring employee motivation, competency development and engagement.

• have at least 5 years of experience in IT project management,
• have experience or practical knowledge in Cloud technologies (e.g. AWS/Azure), Data and AI/ML,
• understand IT technologies and can confidently operate in a technical environment,
• can effectively collaborate with technical teams, understanding solution architecture and technological constraints,
• are able to successfully manage projects using Scrum / Agile / Waterfall methodologies,
• have experience working with tools such as JIRA, Confluence and MS Project,
• have an English level of at least B2,
• are growth-oriented and willing to continuously develop both your managerial and technical competencies,
• possess strong communication, organizational and team management skills,
• can analyze risks and make decisions in a dynamic environment,
• nice to have: PMI / PRINCE2 / AgilePM certifications or experience working with international clients.
