Java Developer

We are looking for an experienced Java Backend Developer to join a team responsible for the development and maintenance of modern backend services. The person in this role will be involved in designing solutions, implementing features, and optimizing systems in line with best software engineering practices.

• Develop and maintain code in accordance with client standards and best practices
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and fix defects in existing applications
• Refactor code to improve quality, performance, and maintainability
• Write and maintain unit tests
• Design and implement backend services and REST APIs
• Ensure compliance with internal company procedures and client guidelines

• Strong knowledge of Java (latest versions)
• Hands-on experience with Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring Data, Spring Security)
• Experience in designing and implementing REST APIs
• Practical experience working with SOAP
• Experience with Redis
• Strong knowledge of Oracle databases (version 19)
• Solid understanding of design patterns and Clean Code principles
• Experience in building and maintaining backend services
• English at C1 level or higher

Nice to Have

• Experience with other databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL)
• Knowledge of Kubernetes
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps)
• Experience in banking or financial projects
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
