Delivery Manager

We are looking for a Delivery Manager who will be responsible for the delivery and development of a digital banking platform serving both retail and corporate customers through web and mobile channels for one of the largest banks in Saudi Arabia.

The role is based on a hybrid working model with occasional business trips to Saudi Arabia several times a year to conduct workshops, project meetings, and build relationships with key stakeholders.

• manage the client relationship at a strategic level, including expectation management and escalation handling.
• manage IT projects end-to-end, from the concept and analysis phase through delivery, implementation, and ongoing solution development.
• coordinate the delivery and enhancement of internet and mobile banking platforms.
• collaborate with business and technical stakeholders on the client side as well as project teams.
• facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, planning meetings, and status meetings.
• identify the client’s business needs and translate them into project scope and actionable tasks for delivery teams.
• be responsible for project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and delivery quality.
• support the sales process by preparing proposals, solution concepts, and effort estimations.
• take responsibility for the financial performance of projects or a portfolio of projects.
• implement and develop best practices for the software development process, ensuring team efficiency and high-quality delivery.

• have experience managing IT projects in the financial sector, preferably in banking,
• have experience leading IT initiatives and end-to-end projects,
• can effectively manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, escalations, and stakeholders,
• have worked with Scrum, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies,
• have experience using JIRA, Confluence, and MS Project,
• possess strong communication and organizational skills, along with experience leading teams,
• can assess risks and make decisions in a dynamic environment,
• demonstrate ownership, accountability, and the ability to deliver results independently,
• have an English proficiency level of at least C1,
• are willing to travel occasionally to Saudi Arabia for business purposes.
