Oracle ERP Consultant

We are looking for an Oracle ERP Consultant to support a strategic ERP migration project from Oracle Fusion ERP to Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS). In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing the current environment, planning and executing data migration activities, designing integrations, coordinating testing, and supporting the production go-live phase.

In this position you will:

Analyze the existing Oracle Fusion ERP solution and provide recommendations for migration to Oracle E-Business Suite.
Participate in designing the target ERP architecture.
Plan and execute data migration activities between Oracle Fusion and Oracle EBS environments.
Identify project risks and propose mitigation actions.
Design, develop, and oversee integrations between Oracle EBS and external systems.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements and support solution configuration.
Prepare test scenarios and coordinate functional, integration, and UAT testing activities.
Support production deployment (Go-Live) and post-implementation stabilization activities.
Create and maintain project and technical documentation.
Ensure that implemented solutions align with Oracle ERP best practices.

We are looking for you, if you:

Have hands-on experience with both Oracle Fusion ERP and Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS).
Have participated in ERP migration projects or Oracle environment transformation initiatives.
Have experience with data migration, data mapping, and data quality validation.
Understand system integration concepts and data exchange processes.
Can analyze business processes and translate them into system requirements.
Have experience leading or supporting functional and integration testing activities.
Are able to work effectively with both business and technical teams.
Demonstrate strong ownership, accountability, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic project environment.
Have English language skills that enable effective collaboration in an international environment.
Possess strong organizational and prioritization skills.

Nice to have:

Experience in Oracle Fusion → Oracle EBS migration projects.
Experience working with Oracle migration tools.
Oracle certifications related to ERP, Oracle Cloud, or EBS.
Experience delivering projects for large organizations or within regulated environments.
