Frontend Developer (Backbase)

We are looking for an experienced Backbase Frontend Developer to join our team and support the delivery of Backbase-based solutions for clients in the financial sector. In this position you will:

Develop and maintain frontend applications based on the Backbase platform.
Design and implement new features using Angular, TypeScript, and RxJS.Build and enhance Backbase Journeys.
Create, configure, and extend Backbase components.
Utilize the Backbase Design System to deliver modern and user-friendly interfaces.
Implement application theming and branding in line with client requirements.
Integrate applications with REST APIs.Develop and maintain authentication, authorization, and user access management mechanisms.
Create and maintain unit and automated tests.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

We are looking for you, if you:

Have at least 4 years of experience in frontend development.
Have a minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience working with the Backbase platform.
Have contributed to the development of a production-grade Backbase application.
Possess strong expertise in Angular, TypeScript, and RxJS.
Have experience with Backbase Journeys.
Have worked with the Backbase Design System.
Can build, customize, and extend Backbase components.
Have experience in application theming and branding.
Are familiar with REST API integrations.
Understand authentication, session management, and authorization concepts.
Have experience in unit and automated testing.
Communicate effectively in English at a minimum B2 level.

Nice to have:

Get Backbase Certified – Frontend certification.
