Business and Systems Analyst

Currently, we are looking for a Business and Systems Analyst to join one of our teams delivering projects for a client in the insurance sector.

In this position you will:

  • analyze business and system requirements,
  • create documentation (specifications, diagrams, process models),
  • collaborate with development teams,
  • participate in workshops with the client,
  • take part in implementation and development projects.

We are looking for you, if you:

  • have at least 4 years of experience in business and systems analysis in IT projects.
  • communicate fluently in English, both spoken and written.
  • are able to conduct workshops and training sessions.
  • have experience in systems analysis and requirements documentation.
  • are able to translate business requirements into technical requirements.
  • are familiar with tools such as Jira and Confluence.
  • know and understand concepts such as backlog, prioritization, sprint goal, and MVP.
  • are skilled in writing User Stories along with acceptance criteria.
  • are comfortable supporting a Product Owner in backlog management and are not afraid of changing requirements.

 

Additionally, we value:

  • experience in the insurance domain,
  • experience in IT solution design,
  • experience working in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban),
  • workshop facilitation skills (Event Storming, User Story Mapping, Example Mapping, Domain Storytelling, Impact Mapping),
  • knowledge of BPMN and UML,
  • familiarity with tools for technical documentation and analysis
  • use AI in your daily work.
