We are currently looking for a Financial Analyst who will support the company’s growth by delivering reliable analyses, reports, and business recommendations. If you are comfortable navigating the world of finance, data, and modern analytical tools, and you also want to have a real impact on business decisions and the profitability of IT projects, this role is for you.

In this position you will:

create and develop management reporting and interactive Power BI dashboards – from designing data models to preparing visualizations that support business decision-making,
support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes,
prepare recurring financial reports, management analyses, and ad hoc analyses to support business decisions,
monitor the accuracy of settlements, cost allocations, and invoices, while ensuring the quality of financial data used for reporting purposes,
maintain and enhance tools supporting controlling, reporting, and financial management,
identify business risks, recommend optimization measures, and support initiatives related to cost efficiency and financial governance,
improve and automate reporting, analytics, and controlling processes, actively developing the organization’s data and reporting environment,
present analysis results, recommendations, and key insights to the Management Board, Heads, and Managers.

We are looking for you, if you:

have at least 3 years of experience in controlling, financial analysis, FP&A, Finance Business Partnering, or finance within an IT environment,
have experience working in a project-based environment, particularly in monitoring project budgets, schedules, and profitability,
have an excellent command of MS Excel, including Pivot Tables, Power Query, and Power Pivot,
know the basics of SQL
are able to create data models, reports, and dashboards in Power BI or other analytical and reporting tools,
demonstrate strong analytical skills and the ability to draw meaningful business conclusions from financial data,
are self-driven, detail-oriented, well-organized, and proactive in approaching assigned tasks.
