Business Process Modelling Specialist/Analyst

We are looking for a person for the position of Business Process Modelling Specialist/Analyst.

• be responsible for expert-level work on process modeling and optimization, with a strong focus on scalability and reusability (multi-products, multi-markets, multi-channels),
• map processes for defined countries and products and design end-to-end (E2E) processes,
• identify functional and non-functional requirements,
• define process parameterization boundaries, including the division of responsibilities between Business and IT (autonomy, speed of response),
• deliver a future-state onboarding blueprint for four products, documented in BPMN/DMN,
• design critical components with reusability in mind, including:
  • output management (standardization of outputs),
  • process decoupling: modular subprocesses reusable across workflows and countries,
  • application modeling,
  • business rules implementation,
  • unified data model,
• prepare a governance playbook covering RACI, change approval workflows, and rollback guidelines for parameterized processes,
• design processes based on agreed KPIs and business objectives,
• lead capability-building workshops and deliver knowledge transfer to internal teams.

• have at least 5 years of experience in digital banking, including working as a Business Analyst in digital banking, fintech, or large-scale transformation programs,
• have experience designing scalable and modular processes across multiple EU markets, taking into account local regulatory and operational differences,
• understand banking capabilities and their mapping to enterprise architecture, and are able to design E2E cross-product and cross-channel orchestration frameworks,
• have experience with parameterization frameworks and can clearly distinguish between business-controlled and IT-controlled configurations; familiarity with Camunda Decision Modeler is a plus,
• have experience working in multi-product and/or multi-market environments,
• possess strong knowledge of modern digital banking architecture, including microservices, API orchestration, low-code platforms, and DevSecOps pipelines,
• demonstrate strong stakeholder management and change management skills, including collaboration with C-level executives, a structured analytical approach, and coaching of Product Owners as well as Project/Program Managers,
• are fluent in English, both spoken and written.
