Join the Sales Team at Altkom Software! We are currently looking for a true outbound hunter who will help us expand our sales activities in the Polish market.

In this position you will:

Generate leads through high-quality research – we focus on the value and relevance of leads rather than their quantity, ensuring they match our services and products.
Acquire new clients, primarily from the financial sector in the Polish market.
Expand our client base through proactive outbound activities, including email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and other social media channels.
Support Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives by actively creating ABM campaigns and collaborating closely with the Marketing Team.
Participate in client meetings and conversations.
Use CRM systems and other tools for daily reporting and performance tracking.

We are looking for you, if you:

Have 1–3 years of experience in IT sales and are eager to learn about new technologies.
Have experience in B2B sales and/or lead generation.
Want to further develop your sales skills and competencies.
Have experience sourcing prospects through LinkedIn Sales Navigator as well as industry research.
Are highly motivated by hunting for new business and acquiring new clients quickly.
Have excellent communication skills.Are goal-oriented, proactive, resourceful, and persistent in achieving results.
