Senior Manual Tester

We are currently looking for a Senior Tester to join one of our teams working on projects for a client from the automotive sector.

• independently plan and organize the testing process within the project,
• analyze business and technical requirements in terms of testability and potential risks,
• design test cases and scenarios, taking into account different testing levels and types,
• perform manual frontend and backend testing according to the test plan,
• conduct API, functional, integration, regression, and exploratory testing,
• analyze test results and identify the root causes of defects,
• report and monitor identified defects in detail,
• prepare test reports and recommendations regarding solution quality,
• collaborate with developers, analysts, the Product Owner, and other team members,
• work directly with the client, including verifying and analyzing issues and problems reported by the client,
• support the team in defining testing standards and best practices,
• identify areas requiring automation and support the development of automated tests,
• support less experienced team members by sharing knowledge and experience.

• have at least 5–6 years of experience in software testing,
• have experience independently planning and executing tests,
• can analyze requirements, identify risks based on them, and prepare an appropriate testing approach,
• have very good knowledge of software testing best practices and methodologies,
• have experience preparing test documentation,
• have experience testing frontend and backend applications,
• have practical experience in API testing, particularly using Postman,
• know SQL and can use it to verify data and system behavior,
• have experience working with JIRA and Confluence,
• have experience working in Scrum or another agile software development methodology,
• can independently analyze problems and effectively collaborate with development teams to resolve them,
• can communicate with clients and clearly present test results and related risks,
• are independent, responsible, and well-organized,
• are inquisitive, analytical, detail-oriented, and thorough,
• are able to share knowledge and support less experienced team members,
• are available to start immediately.

Additionally, we value:

• experience in test automation using Playwright (Java),
• practical knowledge of Java,
• experience with Selenium WebDriver or other test automation tools,
• experience designing and maintaining automated regression tests,
• experience in performance testing and knowledge of tools such as JMeter,
• knowledge of GIT and tools supporting the CI/CD process,
• experience working with cloud solutions, particularly AWS,
• experience in automotive industry projects,
• knowledge of web application security concepts,
• basic knowledge of BPMN and UML,
• knowledge of Robot Framework,
• experience preparing reports and analyzing data, including advanced spreadsheet skills,
• English proficiency enabling fluent use of technical documentation and communication with clients,
• ISTQB Foundation Level (FL) certification.
