Junior Administrator IT

We are currently looking for a Junior IT Administrator to join our internal Service Desk team. In this role, you will provide technical support to end users while also having the opportunity to develop your skills in areas such as IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, and IT security.

In this position you will:

  • Administer Active Directory in a hybrid environment integrated with Azure.
  • Register, track, and manage incidents and service requests using Jira Service Management.
  • Provide remote support to users working with Windows 11, Linux (Ubuntu), and macOS systems.
  • Support and maintain the Azure cloud environment.
  • Assist with IT security activities, including participation in ISO audits and adherence to internal policies and procedures.
  • Prepare technical documentation and reports using Confluence.

We are looking for you, if you:

  • Have experience working with Jira Service Management.
  • Have experience with Microsoft 365.
  • Can manage users and roles in Azure following the Principle of Least Privilege (PoLP).
  • Have hands-on experience with Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and Intune.
  • Possess practical knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
  • Are communicative, proactive, and solution-oriented.
  • Have an English level that allows you to comfortably read and understand technical documentation.
