3. The Administrator has appointed a Personal Data Protection Officer, Mr. Mariusz Zajkiewicz, who can be contacted by traditional mail by sending correspondence to the company's address with the note GDPR or by sending an email to the address: iod@altkomsoftware.com
4. Below we indicate the purposes of processing your personal data, the legal basis for processing, as well as the period for which we will store your personal data in relation to a specific purpose:
a. Providing an answer to your question asked via the electronic form placed on the website or in another form (e.g. post, email). The basis for the processing of personal data is Art. 6 sec. 1 letter a of the GDPR, i.e. your consent. We will store personal data until the final answer is provided and the correspondence is completed, but no longer than 2 months,
b. Conducting the recruitment process on the basis of Art. 6 sec. 1 letter a of the GDPR (consent) if we receive more personal data from you than required by the law specified in Art. 22 (1) of the Labor Code. The period for processing your personal data is described in point 5 below,
c. Conducting the recruitment process on the basis of art. 6 sec. 1, letter b of the GDPR (taking action before concluding a contract) and art. 22 (1) of the Labor Code. The period of processing your personal data is described in point 5 below,
d. Establishing cooperation after a positively completed recruitment. The basis for processing is art. 6 sec. 1, letter b of the GDPR - taking action before concluding a contract or in order to establish it at the request of a natural person. The period of data storage is 10 years in accordance with the Labor Code in the case of employment under an employment contract and 5 years counted from the end of the calendar year in which the civil law contract was terminated in accordance with the Civil Code.
e. Fulfilling the legal obligation to prepare and store documentation. The legal basis for data processing in this case is: art. 6 sec. 1, point c of the GDPR. Personal data will be stored for the period of storage of accounting documents and documents confirming the conclusion and performance of the contract resulting from national regulations. In the event of performing a contract or order on your behalf, the Administrator will process personal data contained in invoices, in accounting records or in other documentation confirming the conclusion and performance of the contract in order to prepare and store documents in accordance with applicable law, we will store the data in accordance with applicable law for no longer than 5 years from the year in which the cooperation was terminated,
f. Fulfillment of the legitimate interest of the Administrator based on art. 6, sec. 1, letter f of the GDPR (offering, performance of the contract, determination, pursuit and defense of claims, debt collection, conducting court, arbitration and mediation proceedings, for audit purposes). We will store the data in accordance with applicable law for no longer than 5 years from the year in which the cooperation was terminated,
5. Processing time in the case of recruitment:
a. In the case of participation only in the current recruitment, your personal data will be processed for the period of recruitment, but no longer than 24 months.
b. In the event of consent to participate in future recruitment processes, your personal data will be processed for a period of 36 months from the date of commencement of the current recruitment.
c. After conclusion of the agreement, the data will be processed for a period of 5 years for civil law contracts and 10 years for employment contracts.
6. Who do we share your personal data with?
Your personal data, to the extent necessary, may be shared with:
a. entities authorized to receive them under the law (e.g. courts, legal protection authorities, administrative bodies, supervisory authorities),
b. entities processing your personal data on our behalf (e.g. service providers, entities operating our IT systems or providing us with IT tools, entities providing advisory and consulting services, in the case of recruitment to Traffit, etc.).
