The Controller has appointed a Data Protection Officer, Mr. Mariusz Zajkiewicz, who can be contacted by post by sending correspondence to the company's address with the annotation GDPR or by sending an email to: iod@altkomsoftware.com. 3. Your personal data will be processed for: a. to carry out the recruitment process on the basis of Article 6(1), letter a of the GDPR (consent) if we receive more personal data from you than legally required as defined in Article 22 (1) of the Labour Code. b. to carry out the recruitment process on the basis of Article 6(1), letter b of the GDPR (taking action prior to the conclusion of a contract) and Article 22 (1) of the Labour Code. 4. Your personal data will be processed for the duration of the recruitment period, but no longer than 12 months from the date your data is added to the system. 5. Where you have consented to the processing of your personal data in order to participate in future recruitment processes carried out by the Co-Controller, your personal data will be stored on a database and kept for a period of 12 months from the end of the period specified in paragraph 4 of the information clause. 6. The recipient of your personal data is Traffit Ltd. (provider of the system used for recruitment). 7. You have the right of access to the content of your data and the right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, the right to object. 8. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Data Protection Authority if you consider that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR. 9. The provision of personal data is voluntary but necessary for the recruitment process. 10. You have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data, but without affecting previous processing prior to the date of your request.
